Thursday, July 12th

New Menu Launch

Paschall Bar

Starting at 7pm, when you make your way upstairs to the beloved Paschall Bar, you can check out their new cocktail menu and wind down from what has already been a hot hot hot week. Nothing like some evening libations to get you in better spirits for Friday.
 

Matt Grigsby / Garret Owen

Harvest House

Garret Owen is a prince of a lyricist, weaving words into stories, and then filling the space he occupies with his own memories. He will be taking the Harvest House stage this Thursday followed by the folkin’ awesome Matt Grigsby, accompanied by his full band. Enjoy a night of being serenaded on the Harvest House patio with a cold beer in hand.

A Night of Mayhem

Dan’s Silverleaf

This Friday the 13th you can rock you face off to a night of metal at Dan’s Silverleaf. SPEAKER is coming through from Canada, The Bearer from Austin, and the DFW’s own Sathariel and Mona Borland. This show is 18 and up, with tickets set at $8 at the door.

 

Ecstatic Dance Denton

Rudra Center

Hosted by Shadow Mountain Yoga, Ecstatic Dance Denton is a monthly free form dance event with a live DJ Mix, this installment featuring Guest DJ Sarah Spirals. Find your rhythm, move your body, and free form dance to the music flowing through your body.

Hosted by Movements Art Collective, a night has been curated of spoken word, live music, and short film to raise funds to be donated to the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas. Doors are at 9pm and the show starts at 9:30, with a $5 cover for 21+ and $7 for 18-20. Proceeds from the door will be donated.
 

Saturday, July 14th

Lagerpalooza

The Bearded Monk

Formerly known as Hotter than Helles, Lagerpalooza promises a tap wall of lagers including several showings of Community Beer Company. Tunes will be provided by Kind and Beats and The Dolly Rockets, and this come and go event will be from 6pm to 1am.

 

Leoncarlo - Move Orchestra - Clavicul

Andy’s Bar

Starting at 8pm, sounds and sights will fill Andy’s venue level featuring the music from Move Orchestra from Arkansas, Leoncarlo from Denton, and Clavicul from Dallas. These 3 mesmerizing acts will be accompanied by visuals from Mike Petty and a Guest DJ Set from Chorister. The event is 18+, and cover is $5.

Crossroads Bar

Natalia DeLeon is making moves and on her way to compete at Miss Gay USOA Newcomer on August 1st. Sales from this bake sale will help her in this journey, and BONUS $1 jello shots. Get those cookies starting at 8pm!

World Cup Final and Denton Diablos Announcement

East Side

The World Cup Final is this Sunday, and you can catch the action at several local establishments. East Side will be showing the game on their TV's, and during half time will be announcing that Denton is getting a semi-pro soccer team next year, the Denton Diablos. Need any more incentive? FREE TACO BAR.

 

5 Year Anniversary!

The event is 18+ and the cover is just $5 for a night of movin’ and groovin’ to end off the weekend.
